Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica Takes Part in Construction of the Largest Logistics Center in Europe
PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica has concluded an agreement with the main contractor of a logistics center being constructed for a grocery retailer. The agreement is for supply of street lighting equipment and lighting control sensors supplies.
The logistics center will be located in Domodedovo in the Moscow Region. Its area will be 140,000 square meters. More than USD 104.4 million is planned for invest in the project’s implementation. The first phase of the project will be finished by Q4 2018.
Ilya Kalenkov, General Director of PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica, says that thanks to its modern lighting equipment, the federal logistics center will become one of the most eco-friendly and energy efficient buildings in Russia’s industrial sector. According to estimates, the center's design capacity will be able to serve 500 heavy vehicles simultaneously.
The new center will serve Moscow hypermarkets and stores and regional distribution centers.
