Training Center Opens in PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica

A modern training center has been opened in PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica. The company has excellent experts, which separates it from its competitors. Many of the company s employees have been working there since the company was established. In the past, in order to adapt to technically complex projects, new specialists needed more time, additional training, and financial investment. 

Ilya Kalenkov, General Director of PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica, suggests that establishing the training center will solve all these problems. “Many large foreign and Russian companies have the necessity to train employees on their own, as the market has no ‘prepared  specialists,” says Mr. Kalenkov.

The day before, the first group of employees completed the training course. Up to 50 employees can attend technical seminars and practical workshops at the same time. The key advantages of the training are practical orientation, and the opportunity to communicate and share experiences. The training center is a logical step in PJSC Evropeiskaya Elektrotechnica s overall strategy to improve the quality and efficiency of trainings and development of the company's employees.
